I have been an admin cum account for more than 10 years. I have done data entry work through out my career. I am familiar with microsoft office, words and excel. I am also familiar with alternative similar to microsoft office like google docs and google sheet and other similar software also.
I have prepare payslip, invoice, accounting ledger and other various worksheet using microsoft excel. I am able to utilize the various function in excel which include using the various formula function, graph, pull down option in executing the data entry job. I am also familiar with the SQL accounting software in performing the data entry work like the journal entry, cash book entry and general ledger. The data entry work relating to account is mainly use to generate the management account which consist of profit and loss and balance sheet.
I have also prepare tons of documents using microsoft words. Offer letter, business letter, letter to authorities and other various documents are some of the work I have done. I also doing typing work from unorganise jpeg format document to organise words document which mainly are jpeg format educational textbook and workbook which needed to be typed into words format. I have typed more than 5000 documents through out my career as admin cum account.
I also have an average typing speed of 50 words per minutes.
