My services are listed as below: 

• Preparation of preliminary estimates and cost estimates and cost planning
• Preparation of bills of quantities and other tender documents necessary for submission as bid document
• Pricing of bills of quantities
• Preparation of contact documents
• Preparation of Works in progress including variation works for claims and for interim Scheduled payments
• Preparation of Final Accounts.
• Court expert witness 

. Our work is based on retainer of RM5,000.00 per month minimum contract of 12 months. However, we can work on project to project basis as well.
