A common favourite of authentic traditional Malay cuisine, sup tulang can be addictive as it is the perfect comfort food at anytime of the day. Flavours are complex as the broth is made with many spices and ingredients such as cinnamon, cardamom, onions, black pepper, carrots and potatoes. Not to forget the essential ingredient that ultimately makes a sup tulang: bone marrow and beef (slices, tripe, etc).
